My Skills and Strengths
Over the years, my experience and education have helped me develop key skills that support my career and enhance my performance in any professional setting.
My strongest skill is customer
service, honed through banking, where I learned to communicate clearly, listen
carefully, and resolve customer issues with patience and respect. I also gained
strong communication skills by interacting daily with customers, colleagues, and
supervisors.
I possess solid operational
skills, including cash handling, ATM balancing, clearing, and ledger
reconciliation, all requiring accuracy, responsibility, and attention to
detail. I prioritise careful and honest work, understanding trust is vital in
banking.
Leadership is another core
strength. As an Officer in Charge, I supervised staff, trained new hires, and
motivated my team, gaining skills in guiding others, conflict resolution, and
fostering a positive work environment.
I am also adept at time
management and multitasking, essential for meeting deadlines and working under
pressure.
Pursuing my MBA, I am developing
skills in strategic thinking, problem-solving, research, presentation, and
decision-making, which will support my progression into leadership roles.
I believe my skills stem from
experience and ongoing learning, and I am committed to continuous improvement.
