My Education and Learning Journey

Education has always been a vital part of my life and career. Each stage of my learning has contributed to my personal and professional growth, preparing me for the responsibilities I hold today. Although I did not pursue a career in science, this background instilled discipline, logical thinking, and the ability to study diligently and consistently. Consequently, I completed a Diploma in Banking and Finance at the Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka. This qualification deepened my understanding of banking systems, customer service, credit, finance, and risk management. Becoming an Associate Member of IBSL was a proud milestone. My learning journey continued as I aspired to take on leadership and management roles. I enrolled in an MBA programme at London Metropolitan University, ...
